Finance Group Skarbek presents fg-skarbeks.com as the website of an established Swiss financial and investment company with a history allegedly dating back to 1998. The platform promotes investment services, access to financial markets, cryptocurrencies and renewable-energy investments while claiming advanced technology, low commissions, rapid trade execution and professional support.
However, an investigation conducted by FinAuthority identified serious inconsistencies between the history presented by Finance Group Skarbek and the independently observable digital footprint of fg-skarbeks.com. These inconsistencies are accompanied by questionable corporate disclosures, restrictive contractual clauses, similarities with previously investigated investment websites and a problematic connection to a recently created website using the name GL Finance SA.
Finauthority Risk Alert
Based on FinAuthority’s internal investigation and the technical and documentary evidence reviewed by our specialists, FinAuthority classifies fg-skarbeks.com / Finance Group Skarbek as a fraudulent and high-risk investment website. We strongly advise users not to deposit money, send cryptocurrency, provide payment-card information or submit sensitive identity documents to this platform.
The Finance Group Skarbek website attempts to present the brand as a long-established Swiss financial business. Its corporate history states that the company began operating in Switzerland in 1998, opened additional branches in 2006, launched trader education programs in 2015, celebrated 20 years of activity in 2018, expanded internationally in 2020 and increased its involvement in renewable energy in 2024.
The website also promotes more than 50 investment instruments, allegedly very low commissions, execution speeds of 0.02 seconds, 24/7 technical support and a trading platform available in 10 languages.
Those claims create the image of a mature financial institution with decades of experience. The problem is that the digital evidence reviewed by FinAuthority tells a radically different story.
This is one of the most important red flags identified during our Finance Group Skarbek review.
Finance Group Skarbek explicitly states that it has operated since 1998. Yet independent domain-registration datasets place fg-skarbeks.com among newly registered .com domains on 16 August 2026.
A newly registered domain does not automatically mean that a company is fraudulent. Established companies sometimes change domains or launch new websites. In such situations, however, a genuine business with nearly three decades of history should normally leave a substantial independent footprint: previous domains, archived corporate websites, regulatory records, corporate announcements, historical contact information, management records or other verifiable evidence connecting the old business to the new domain.
FinAuthority found no convincing evidence on fg-skarbeks.com explaining why a company allegedly operating since 1998 would suddenly appear online through a domain created in August 2026.
The website instead presents the 1998–2024 timeline as an established fact without providing supporting corporate documents or verifiable references.
The terms published on fg-skarbeks.com state that the company operates under the Finance Group Skarbek brand and under Swiss law. The website provides the address:
Rte de Pré-Bois 29, 1215 Meyrin, Switzerland
Yet the documentation reviewed by FinAuthority does not clearly identify the Swiss legal entity supposedly operating Finance Group Skarbek with the type of information investors should expect from a financial company, such as a Swiss UID/CHE number or a clearly disclosed financial regulatory authorisation attributable directly to Finance Group Skarbek.
The website’s terms refer repeatedly simply to “the Company” while the footer says that Finance Group Skarbek is “managed by GL Finance SA.” This structure makes it difficult for a potential client to determine which exact legal entity receives client funds, provides investment services and assumes contractual responsibility.
The address used by Finance Group Skarbek is located at the World Trade Center Geneva. Public commercial-office listings show that serviced and flexible office space is available at this address.
That fact alone is not evidence of wrongdoing. Many legitimate companies use business centres and serviced offices.
However, FinAuthority found another relevant detail: the same address, Rte de Pré-Bois 29, 1215 Meyrin, appears in a FINMA warning concerning Hanse Kapital / hanse-kapital.com, published on 30 March 2026.
FinAuthority is not claiming solely on the basis of the address that Finance Group Skarbek and Hanse Kapital are operated by the same people. Instead, this example demonstrates why displaying a prestigious Swiss business-centre address should not be interpreted as proof that an online investment platform has a substantive regulated operation at that location.
The footer of fg-skarbeks.com states that Finance Group Skarbek is managed by GL Finance SA and links users to glfinance-sa.com.
This requires careful distinction between the legal entity GL Finance SA and the website glfinance-sa.com.
A Swiss company named GL Finance SA does exist. Public Swiss commercial-register data identifies GL Finance SA under UID CHE-302.767.551, registered in September 2012 and headquartered in Martigny, Switzerland.
That, however, does not automatically authenticate glfinance-sa.com or prove that the registered Swiss company controls the website.
FinAuthority identified several significant discrepancies.
The CSSF claim is particularly problematic. The Swiss GL Finance SA identified in the commercial register was created in 2012, while glfinance-sa.com claims regulation dating back to 2004. Without evidence of a predecessor entity or another clearly identified legal company, those dates cannot be reconciled.
For that reason, FinAuthority considers the existence of a legitimate Swiss company named GL Finance SA insufficient evidence that glfinance-sa.com is an authentic website of that company or that Finance Group Skarbek is legitimately managed by it.
This issue will be examined separately in a dedicated FinAuthority investigation into GL Finance SA and glfinance-sa.com.
FinAuthority’s investigation has linked Finance Group Skarbek to a broader sequence of investment websites previously examined by our specialists:
According to FinAuthority’s internal investigation, these websites form part of the same broader fraudulent project infrastructure.
There are also publicly observable similarities supporting further scrutiny. For example, Geneva Fintech Holdings and Finance Group Skarbek use practically identical marketing propositions: more than 50 investment instruments, 0.02-second execution, 24/7 technical support, very low commissions and a platform available in 10 languages.
The sites also repeatedly use similar menu structures and documentation categories such as Terms & Conditions, Risk Warning, Risk Free Trade and Anti-Money Laundering pages, together with separate “live.” trading subdomains.
Template reuse is not proof of fraud by itself. Combined with the domain-age contradiction, questionable corporate history, unclear legal entity and FinAuthority’s wider technical investigation, however, it becomes another relevant part of the overall pattern.
Potential clients should also carefully examine the terms published directly on fg-skarbeks.com.
The agreement gives the company broad discretion concerning trading accounts and electronic access. It describes circumstances in which transactions can be reversed, trading access restricted or accounts closed.
The bonus provisions are especially important. Finance Group Skarbek states that clients receiving a deposit bonus must meet a trading-volume requirement before bonus funds and associated profits become eligible for withdrawal.
In its own example, a client depositing $1,000 and receiving a $200 bonus would be required to complete a stated trading volume of 50 standard lots before qualifying for withdrawal of the bonus and related profits.
The terms also say that the company’s financial department supervises withdrawal requests and that documentation including identification documents and, in some cases, a copy of the payment card may be requested.
These provisions should be treated seriously. Bonus-linked turnover requirements have historically been used by high-risk online trading operations to complicate or delay withdrawals. Investors should never assume that a balance visible inside an online trading dashboard represents money that can actually be withdrawn.
FinAuthority also identified newly published positive content promoting Finance Group Skarbek shortly after the creation of fg-skarbeks.com.
For example, Informed Investor and its associated YouTube presence published content presenting Finance Group Skarbek as a reliable broker and encouraging viewers to trade through the platform.
The timing is relevant: this promotional reputation content appeared only weeks after the fg-skarbeks.com domain was registered.
FinAuthority does not treat recently published promotional reviews as evidence of a company’s history, regulation or legitimacy. We have not independently verified the commercial arrangements behind every positive article or video and therefore do not state as fact that individual publications were paid. What matters for our assessment is that such content cannot replace independently verifiable corporate, regulatory and domain-history evidence.
When evaluating a financial platform, investors should distinguish between a company registration and authorisation to provide regulated financial services.
During this review, FinAuthority did not find a clearly disclosed FINMA licence number or other directly verifiable regulatory authorisation on fg-skarbeks.com identifying Finance Group Skarbek itself as an authorised Swiss broker or investment firm.
The reference to GL Finance SA should not be treated as a substitute for such verification. A legitimate company’s name appearing in a footer does not establish that the website using that name is authorised by, affiliated with or controlled by that company.
No. FinAuthority does not consider fg-skarbeks.com a safe platform for investors.
Our investigation found too many serious discrepancies to regard Finance Group Skarbek as a credible financial service provider. The most obvious contradiction is straightforward: a platform claiming a corporate history beginning in 1998 is operating through a domain that appeared in August 2026, without providing persuasive evidence connecting the new website to a genuine decades-old financial institution.
The questionable GL Finance SA connection, unclear regulatory status, repeated website patterns, restrictive contractual clauses and broader findings from FinAuthority’s investigation significantly increase the risk.
FinAuthority’s warning is therefore clear: do not deposit funds with Finance Group Skarbek or fg-skarbeks.com.
If you have already transferred money or cryptocurrency to Finance Group Skarbek, act quickly. Stop sending additional funds, including any alleged taxes, withdrawal fees, insurance payments, verification deposits or account-unlocking charges.
The professional appearance of fg-skarbeks.com should not distract investors from the underlying evidence.
Finance Group Skarbek describes itself as a Swiss financial company with roots going back to 1998. The domain through which that story is currently being presented appeared in August 2026. The website does not provide a convincing bridge between those two realities.
The situation becomes even more concerning when the claimed relationship with GL Finance SA is examined. A real Swiss company bearing that name exists, but the recently created glfinance-sa.com website presents information that does not cleanly correspond with the company’s public corporate history and makes a regulatory claim dating back to years before the Swiss company was established.
Taken together with FinAuthority’s investigation connecting Finance Group Skarbek to previously identified fraudulent investment projects, these findings lead us to classify fg-skarbeks.com as a fraudulent, high-risk financial website.
FinAuthority recommendation: Avoid Finance Group Skarbek and fg-skarbeks.com.
This review is based on information published by Finance Group Skarbek and GL Finance SA websites, publicly available domain-registration datasets, Swiss commercial-register information, financial regulatory sources and FinAuthority’s internal investigation.
FinAuthority distinguishes between claims made by the websites under review, independently verifiable public information and conclusions arising from our own investigation. Regulatory status, website ownership and corporate relationships can change; readers should independently verify current information before making financial decisions.

September 2, 2026Im actual, they will ask you for money. Problems come when there are withrawls. First they will help you out with deposits, show you green pastures and then when its time for withrawls, they will never let you have them. They along with Steinbruck Wealth Management (steinbruck-wm.com) and Everstake Solution Fintech (es-fintech.com) are fraudulent service providers. Finance Group Skarbek never provides you with the funds your supposed to have earned. Excuses like you were scalping or you have to upgrade your account to get withrawls, the Geneva Fintech Holdings is also a fraud, all these reviews made under the names which are positive are fake. Never ever go with this broker!

August 23, 2026I regret putting my money with these people. Their strategy was far too aggressive and my trading account suffered serious losses. I also have an outstanding 9,800 Euro deposit that I have been trying to get back without success. The support team keeps giving me the runaround instead of actually resolving the issue. Based on my experience, I would stay away.

August 15, 2026I wouldn’t trust this company with my money. They used what I consider a very reckless trading approach and ended up wiping out my account. I’m also still waiting for the return of my initial EUR 12,500 deposit. Getting any useful response from support has been extremely frustrating. Very disappointing experience.
