Finauthority Warning: COIZO / coizo.com | Risk classification: SCAM / AVOID
Finauthority’s assessment is unequivocal: based on the evidence reviewed by our specialist team, COIZO and coizo.com are classified as a fraudulent investment and trading operation. We strongly advise readers not to deposit money or cryptocurrency with this platform.
This COIZO review is being published after Finauthority examined the platform, its corporate claims, its SEC filing history, the history of the coizo.com domain, recently distributed promotional material and complaints received from readers.
The result is not a simple list of generic “risk factors.” Our investigation identified a direct corporate trail connecting COIZO LTD with several other names already associated by Finauthority with the same operation:
TitanBridge Capital Ltd → Cxmyfz Ltd → COIZO LTD → APEX FINANCIAL LTD
This connection is particularly important because it does not depend on visual similarities, speculation or anonymous online comments. The succession can be traced through public U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings using the same SEC CIK number: 0002129682.
Website reviewed: coizo.com
Brand: COIZO
Claimed entity: COIZO LTD
Finauthority status: Warning
Last reviewed: September 2026
COIZO presents coizo.com as a digital asset and cryptocurrency platform offering multiple financial products in one environment. Promotional descriptions of the platform advertise services including cryptocurrency spot trading, contract trading, options trading, wallet services, Earn products, AI-assisted trading tools and on-chain market data.
On the surface, this gives COIZO the appearance of a broad crypto trading ecosystem rather than a basic exchange. The website and recently distributed promotional material use the language normally associated with established crypto platforms: trading infrastructure, market analysis, artificial intelligence, derivatives, asset management and blockchain data.
However, product descriptions are not evidence of legitimacy. For a platform asking users to transfer money or cryptocurrency, the critical questions are who actually operates it, how long the operation has existed, whether its claimed history is genuine and whether its regulatory presentation accurately reflects the protections available to customers.
It is precisely in these areas that the COIZO story begins to fall apart.
After reviewing the available evidence, Finauthority does not consider coizo.com a platform that investors should merely approach “with caution.” Our conclusion is substantially stronger.
We recommend avoiding COIZO completely.
The warning is based on a combination of factors that, when examined together, reveal a pattern that Finauthority has encountered repeatedly in fraudulent online investment operations: rapid brand creation, recycled corporate identities, impressive regulatory-looking documents that do not provide the protection implied by the marketing, recently acquired domains, aggressive credibility building and overlapping contact with potential investors under multiple company names.
One of the strongest pieces of evidence in the COIZO investigation is found in the SEC’s own EDGAR database.
The relevant filer uses CIK 0002129682. Public Form D records show the following sequence:
| Date | Name used in SEC filing | Previous name(s) | Related person |
|---|---|---|---|
| May 21, 2026 | Cxmyfz Ltd | TitanBridge Capital Ltd | Johnson Brandon Michael |
| August 31, 2026 | COIZO LTD | Cxmyfz Ltd, TitanBridge Capital Ltd | Richard Daniel Norman |
| September 2, 2026 | APEX FINANCIAL LTD | COIZO LTD, Cxmyfz Ltd, TitanBridge Capital Ltd | Lizbeth Padilla Garcia |
The significance of this record is difficult to ignore.
COIZO LTD was not simply a completely independent company that happened to resemble another project. The SEC filing itself lists Cxmyfz Ltd and TitanBridge Capital Ltd as previous names.
Then, only two days after the COIZO filing, another Form D appeared under the same CIK. The name had become APEX FINANCIAL LTD, while COIZO LTD was now listed among its previous names.
In other words, the public filing trail reads:
TitanBridge Capital Ltd → Cxmyfz Ltd → COIZO LTD → APEX FINANCIAL LTD.
For Finauthority, this is a major warning sign because investors encountering these brands separately could easily believe they are dealing with unrelated investment businesses.
The timing is extraordinary.
The SEC filing under the name COIZO LTD was submitted on August 31, 2026.
On September 2, 2026, the same CIK was already filing under the name APEX FINANCIAL LTD.
The identity did not merely change its marketing name. The address and person presented in the filing changed as well.
The named related person also shifted from Johnson Brandon Michael to Richard Daniel Norman and then to Lizbeth Padilla Garcia.
COIZO LTD and APEX FINANCIAL LTD nevertheless list the same telephone number in their SEC filings.
For an investor conducting only superficial due diligence, each new brand can look like a fresh company with a new management identity. Looking at the filing history instead reveals continuity behind the names.
This distinction is essential in any COIZO review.
The existence of a Form D in the SEC EDGAR database must not be confused with SEC approval, an SEC trading licence or confirmation that the SEC has verified the company’s business.
Form D is a notice associated with certain exempt securities offerings. The SEC itself warns readers on these filings that it has not necessarily reviewed the information and has not determined whether it is accurate and complete.
This matters because scammers and high-risk operators can exploit the fact that ordinary investors associate the letters “SEC” with government approval. A filing appearing on sec.gov can look extremely convincing when shown in a sales conversation.
But the presence of the COIZO LTD name in EDGAR does not mean that the SEC has approved coizo.com as a cryptocurrency exchange, verified its trading platform, guaranteed customer deposits or confirmed that funds shown inside a COIZO account can actually be withdrawn.
The COIZO Form D contains another detail that deserves close scrutiny.
The August 31 filing reports a Total Amount Sold of $100,000,000 and states that 10,000 investors had already invested.
Two days later, the APEX FINANCIAL LTD filing under the same CIK reports the same $100 million amount and the same figure of 10,000 investors.
These figures are information submitted by the filer. They should not be interpreted as independently audited or SEC-verified proof that COIZO genuinely obtained $100 million from 10,000 real investors.
Indeed, the SEC warning attached to the filing is particularly relevant here: readers are expressly told not to assume the information is accurate and complete.
Finauthority therefore considers attempts to use these numbers as proof of COIZO’s size, popularity or legitimacy to be deeply misleading.
Domain age is another area where investors can easily reach the wrong conclusion about COIZO.
WHOIS records show that coizo.com was originally registered on May 24, 2023. Looking only at that date could create the impression that the current COIZO platform has been operating since 2023.
It has not been established that the current operation existed throughout that period.
More importantly, published domain-sales data shows that coizo.com was sold through Atom.com on August 19, 2026 for $2,199. The WHOIS record was subsequently updated in August 2026.
This is critical because it demonstrates the difference between domain age and brand operating history.
A fraud operation does not necessarily need to register a brand-new domain. It can purchase an older domain and benefit from a registration date that predates the actual project.
Readers can independently examine historical snapshots of coizo.com using the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine. This is a simple method for comparing the historical use of the domain with the current COIZO trading platform.
When the dates are placed next to each other, the launch pattern becomes even clearer:
This is not the timeline one would expect if the 2023 domain-registration date genuinely represented several years of established COIZO operations.
People searching for a COIZO review may encounter several positive-looking articles published across finance and news-style websites.
Finauthority does not consider these articles evidence that reputable financial journalists have independently investigated or endorsed COIZO.
Multiple pieces appeared within minutes of one another on September 5, 2026 and were distributed through PR syndication services such as GlobePRwire and BusinesNews Wire.
Examples included headlines promoting COIZO’s crypto trading services, AI tools, market analysis features and the “broader crypto trading experience” offered through coizo.com.
The pages carrying this material explicitly identify it as third-party content and state that the host publication does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
In practical terms, this is promotional distribution, not independent media due diligence.
Finauthority therefore warns readers not to mistake the number of Google results mentioning COIZO for the number of independent organisations that have verified COIZO.
Finauthority’s investigation is also supported by reports received from readers.
One particularly relevant report described being contacted within a relatively short period by representatives using several of the names associated with this network.
This is significant because the SEC filing history independently establishes a link between TitanBridge Capital Ltd, Cxmyfz Ltd, COIZO LTD and APEX FINANCIAL LTD.
Finauthority cannot determine from public records exactly how the internal sales operation is structured. However, repeated contact with the same prospective investor under several identities is consistent with the possibility of a shared sales team, shared lead database or common customer-acquisition infrastructure.
For victims, the distinction between the individual brand names may therefore be less important than understanding that they may be dealing with different fronts connected to the same underlying operation.
Rotating brands can provide several advantages to fraudulent investment networks.
This is why Finauthority examines not only the visible website but also the infrastructure, filing history, corporate names and behaviour surrounding a platform.
No investor should interpret the COIZO Form D filing as proof that coizo.com is an SEC-approved crypto exchange.
A Form D notice is not equivalent to the SEC licensing or endorsing a trading platform. It does not establish that customer assets are protected, that cryptocurrency deposits are held in segregated accounts or that trading balances displayed by coizo.com correspond to real market positions.
Anyone approached by COIZO should ask a very simple question: what specific legal entity is holding my money, under what licence, in what jurisdiction and under which regulator can I file a customer claim?
A link to an SEC Form D does not answer those questions.
Finauthority advises users not to assume that numbers displayed inside an online trading dashboard represent real segregated assets or genuine profits.
With fraudulent trading platforms, the account interface can be used to create the appearance that an investment is increasing in value. The critical test is not what the dashboard displays but whether funds can be withdrawn freely without unexpected payments, invented taxes, “verification deposits,” insurance charges, liquidity fees or additional investments.
If COIZO asks you to send additional money before releasing an existing balance, Finauthority strongly recommends that you stop sending funds.
If you have already sent money or cryptocurrency to COIZO, act quickly and preserve evidence.
After reviewing coizo.com, the domain history, SEC filings, corporate-name changes, promotional activity and complaints submitted to Finauthority, our assessment is clear.
Finauthority classifies COIZO / coizo.com as a scam and strongly recommends avoiding the platform.
The most important evidence is not a subjective impression of the website. It is the documented sequence behind the operation:
TitanBridge Capital Ltd → Cxmyfz Ltd → COIZO LTD → APEX FINANCIAL LTD.
The same SEC CIK connects these names. COIZO’s filing appeared on August 31, 2026. Two days later, APEX FINANCIAL LTD was using the same filer identity and listing COIZO among its previous names. Meanwhile, the coizo.com domain itself had been purchased only days earlier.
The subsequent wave of positive PR articles does not change these facts. Promotional search results are not regulatory protection, and a Form D filing is not an SEC licence.
For Finauthority, the combination of recycled corporate identities, recent domain acquisition, rapidly shifting company details, potentially misleading regulatory presentation, synchronized promotional content and reports of overlapping solicitation is sufficient for the strongest warning category.
Do not deposit money or cryptocurrency with COIZO or coizo.com
Sources reviewed by Finauthority: U.S. SEC EDGAR Form D records for CIK 0002129682, including filings dated May 21, August 31 and September 2, 2026; public WHOIS records for coizo.com; published domain-sales data; archived domain history; COIZO promotional material distributed through PR syndication networks; and reports submitted by Finauthority readers.
This warning reflects Finauthority’s assessment of the evidence available at the date of publication. Reader allegations are identified as such and are evaluated together with independently verifiable public records.
Finauthority does not consider COIZO legitimate. Following our investigation, we classify coizo.com as a fraudulent trading and investment operation and recommend avoiding it.
Yes. Based on Finauthority's investigation and the evidence available at the time of publication, coizo.com is classified in our Warning category as a scam.
COIZO LTD appeared in an SEC Form D filing under CIK 0002129682. This should not be confused with the SEC licensing, approving or endorsing coizo.com as a cryptocurrency trading platform. The SEC itself warns that information in Form D filings has not necessarily been reviewed for accuracy or completeness.
The domain was originally registered in May 2023, but domain-sales records show that coizo.com was sold through Atom.com on August 19, 2026. An old domain-registration date therefore does not establish that the current COIZO business has operated since 2023.
Yes. SEC filings provide a direct documentary connection. APEX FINANCIAL LTD uses the same CIK 0002129682 and lists COIZO LTD, Cxmyfz Ltd and TitanBridge Capital Ltd among the previous names associated with the filer.
Yes. The connection is visible directly in the SEC filing history. The May 2026 Cxmyfz Ltd filing lists TitanBridge Capital Ltd as a previous name, while the August 2026 COIZO LTD filing lists both Cxmyfz Ltd and TitanBridge Capital Ltd as previous names.
Finauthority recommends that you do not deposit funds, do not provide remote access to your computer or mobile device and do not send identity documents unless you have independently established who is receiving them and why. If you have already transferred money, preserve all evidence and contact the relevant financial institution or authority immediately.

September 7, 2026 at 1:36 amI wish I had never trusted COIZO platform. I initially deposited 7,500 USDC after speaking with one of their ‘account managers’. They showed me consistent profits and encouraged me to invest more. Eventually, my dashboard showed a balance of nearly 21,000 USDC. When I requested a withdrawal, they suddenly told me I had to pay a 3,500 USDC tax before they could release the funds. I paid because I was desperate to get my money back, but the withdrawal was still rejected. A few days later, my account was suspended and the person who had been contacting me stopped responding. I lost both my original deposit and the additional money they convinced me to send. This was a very expensive lesson.

September 1, 2026 at 1:32 amDeposited 2,500 USDT and everything looked fine at first. My balance supposedly grew to over 8,000 USDT, but when I tried to withdraw, they demanded another 1,200 USDT as a ‘verification fee’. I refused, and my account was locked. Lost my money. Avoid this company

August 25, 2026 at 1:27 amAt first, everything was perfect. I deposited 5,000 USDC, and a “consultant” helped me execute trades. Within two weeks, the platform showed a profit of 13,000 USDC. When I tried to withdraw the money, the nightmare began. They told me I first had to pay a “commission fee” of 2,000 USDC from my personal account, claiming I couldn’t withdraw directly from the profits. I paid it, and now they’ve permanently blocked my account, and no one answers the phone anymore. They are thieves—they stole all my savings!
