RMK Capital AG (rmkcapitalag.com) is NOT withdrawing funds! More precisely, the funds were debited from my account, but they haven't arrived! This is making me nervous; I've been feeling psychologically exhausted for 14 days now. I have screenshots as proof of the debits, I've sent everything by email, but they're taking no action!

Martwili się o mnie i naprawdę chcieli pomóc; w końcu „nie byliśmy sobie obcy”. Ale naprawdę dużo mi opowiedzieli o sobie i swoim życiu – tak zaczyna się im ufać. Więc zainwestowałem ponownie. Podsumowując: pożyczki warte prawie milion, na które w ogóle mnie nie stać, i marzenia o przeprowadzce do innego miasta i wysłaniu dziecka na studia za dwa lata – wszystko przepadło. Dlaczego nie zorientowałem się, że to oszustwo? Tak, bo kiedyś wypłaciłem niewielką kwotę – było łatwo i prosto, i myślałem, że tak zostanie. Wcześniej nie miałem absolutnie żadnego doświadczenia na rynku finansowym, żadnego. Zawsze analizuję każde nowe pytanie i niejasną kwestię szczegółowo, zagłębiając się w nią, a potem mnie do tego namówili, nawet niczego nie sprawdzając. Oszukali mnie. Pozostaje tylko zaufać karmie i przetrawić to doświadczenie.

What concerns me most about my experience with Merwood Capital Limited is how easy it was initially to believe that everything was normal. The communication was convincing, and I was persuaded to commit a substantial amount of money. The warning signs became obvious only later. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, I was told that I needed to make an additional payment. After I paid the first requested amount, another payment was requested. At that point I realized that the situation was no longer consistent with what I had originally been led to believe.
I stopped sending money and started researching the operation independently. My advice to anyone who is currently considering an investment is simple: do not wait until you try to withdraw your money before investigating the company.

I am now documenting my experience and reporting the matter to the FCA. I believe the relevant authorities should have the opportunity to examine the information and determine whether further action is appropriate. I hope other investors see this warning before they find themselves in the same position.

• the identity of the people contacting them
• the destination of their payments
• and whether the contact details actually belong to the legitimate company
